The kitsune will tolerate poor behavior towards them as long as they believe that what they are doing is for the sake of learning the skill that they were interested in.

However, if they feel as if they will not learn it or they are being taken advantage of, their wrath will be great and they won't particularly care if the meting out of that wrath hurts others as well.
