Scott has pretty much been teasing the hell out of him for being basically obsessed with what he's not even sure is a date-date. He'd even suggested to Stiles that he make it a doubles thing with him and Allison, and go bowling. Stiles had nixed that pretty quick. He didn't even like bowling, and he was pretty sure Scott didn't even know how.

Eventually, he figured out where to take her. Somewhere nice that he could afford. He even found nice clothes that didn't look like he'd slept in them while studying. So that's where he's at, mentally, when he finally makes his way to the nurse's station to pick her up.
